Steps to Building a Healing Guide

  1. Identify an area(s) of past or present distress.
  2. Supplies/Notebook (workbooks/kits from Co-Create Consulting)
  3. Key Sections - Gratitude, Goals Exploration, Mind Mapping, Beliefs Exploration, Times of Courage/Determination
  4. Expand Your Guide - document your journey with affirmations, meditations, collages, exploring words/emotions, reframing exercises
  5. Make it Happen - be clear about what you want, have a plan, eliminate doubt, read the signs/synchronicity, believe you can make the changes, review the guide as needed to rebalance, seek support (friends, family, professionals and coaches)
